**NO - VEMBER CHALLENGE** 

 Who is ready for a 4 week challenge? Ready to feel and look your best coming into the festive period? 

 We know this time of year can be a struggle, extra social events, the dark nights, all meaning your fitness goals become that bit more of a struggle. But how about you jump on a 4 week challenge, with some strict guidelines to keep you on track - motivated and accountable. 

You have 2 choice - you can go for the hard version or the softer version, but you must stick to each of the rules for the full duration. No excuses. We have some calendars at the gym for you to take so you can put up on a wall at home and tick off each day. 

 It will start on Saturday 1st and run up to the day before the winter games/party.
