Commit to one thing this week!

5 - 3 - 1 

 Who can remember when we spoke creating a goal through the 5-3-1 method? 

 I have put in the gym WhatsApp group and sent an email out to my member cohort asking them to commit to doing 1 thing this week to work towards their goals. A few people have replied with a list of 3-5, but I have asked them to condense down to just 1. There is a reason for this - when we try to tackle and change too many things at once there is a higher probability that we will fail at all of them. 

 The aim here is to pick 5 things which will help you towards your goal, 3 things that you could do to help and just the 1 thing which you can do. Stop overcomplicating it - if you missed your steps, water, calories, protein and gym sessions last week, pick one to nail down this week not all of them. 

 We have had some really good thing inputted - from lowering social media time, protein in main meals, steps etc. 

 If it is something tangible - focus on improving by 10-15% not just an arbitrary number! 

 So what one thing are you going to commit to doing?
